Crisis Services

Sandhills Center, in partnership with network providers, has crisis services available to residents in our region. This page offers locations for walk-in crisis services, facility-based crisis services and behavioral health urgent care services. Mobile Crisis services information can be found at the bottom of this page.

If you are currently experiencing a crisis and need to talk to someone right away, you can contact a licensed clinician through Sandhills Center's toll-free 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Line - 1-833-600-2054. 

You also may contact the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988, any time of the day or night.

If you or someone is in imminent danger, dial 911.


County-by-County Crisis Services Locations

Network provider Daymark Recovery Services offers crisis services in most counties within the Sandhills Center region. Following is a list of Daymark crisis services locations. Offerings from other providers are noted in italics. The walk-in (no appointment necessary) crisis services are for people ages 6 and older. Walk-in services are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (unless otherwise indicated). After hours, go to the nearest behavioral health urgent care center or your local hospital emergency department.

Mobile Crisis Services

Mobile crisis services offer assessments and interventions for youth and adults experiencing behavioral health crises. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays). When you call the provider, they will come to your location within two hours. In the Sandhills Center region, there are two network providers offering mobile crisis services:
